Farmer-To-Farmer Workshops

The Manitoba Farm & Rural Stress Line is running a series of free workshops

on the topic of men and depression.  If you (or someone you know) may be

Learn the signs and symptoms of depression, treatment options, and where to go for help. Learn to live a healthier, more balanced life and/or help someone you love.  There is hope and there is help available.
