Your days will include:

• Developing, maintaining, and analyzing AR reports and KPIs
• Building dashboards and reports using Excel and ERP systems
• Reconciling AR data across multiple platforms to ensure accuracy
• Monitoring trends and providing actionable insights on AR aging and risks
• Collaborating with Finance and Operations to improve reporting efficiency
• Supporting AR activities such as invoicing, claims review, and account monitoring
• Assisting with broader financial reporting and analysis initiatives

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

• Grade 12 education required; diploma in Business, Accounting, or Finance preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, dashboards)
• Knowledge of ERP systems and data migration is an asset
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in Accounting or AR reporting preferred
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
