Your tasks will involve:

• Handling L&D projects as delegated.
• Managing and uploading confidential documents into the company’s HRIS systems.
• Assist with the research, implementation, and integration of the Performance Management process
• Handling data entry and performing other administrative duties across various HR functions.
• Providing support for L&D and other HR processes
• Managing the preparation of materials and maintaining inventory
• Collaborate with PR and Communications team on Learning & Development communications and support the development of an Employee Engagement strategy.
• Carrying out any additional tasks as assigned.

To succeed in this role, you should be:

• Enrolled in a college or university program, taking Business, HR, or L&D
  • Proficient in communication and time management abilities
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively
