Your tasks will involve:
- Handling L&D projects as delegated.
- Managing and uploading confidential documents into the company’s HRIS systems.
- Assist with the research, implementation, and integration of the Performance Management process
- Handling data entry and performing other administrative duties across various HR functions.
- Providing support for L&D and other HR processes
- Managing the preparation of materials and maintaining inventory
- Collaborate with PR and Communications team on Learning & Development communications and support the development of an Employee Engagement strategy.
- Carrying out any additional tasks as assigned.
To succeed in this role, you should be:
- Enrolled in a college or university program, taking Business, HR, or L&D
- Proficient in communication and time management abilities
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively
