Your days will include:

• Working closely with the IS team to support daily operations
• Triaging requests to the appropriate resources
• Providing first-level support to HyLife staff for end-user technology, including technical guidance and assistance
• Recording, updating, and tracking support tickets in the service management tool
• Assisting with help desk requests and setting up technology for new users
• Troubleshooting software programs and performing upgrades
• Maintaining strong communication within the IS team and with requestors

To succeed in this role, you:

• Are currently attending university or college for Information Technology or Computer Science
• Have a basic understanding of back-office software
• Are eager to learn and develop your skills
• Are a team player who is willing to contribute
