Your days will include:

• Providing escalated IS support, engaging senior staff and vendors as needed.
• Maintaining clear communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Supporting business systems, networks, and internet services to resolve user issues.
• Organizing and maintaining a log of problems and solutions for future reference.
• Identifying technical issues and implementing solutions to mitigate problems.
• Implementing and supporting technologies in an industrial environment
• Researching and testing recurring issues and diagnosing anomalies within software applications.
• Performing proactive maintenance tasks, ensuring critical systems are actively monitored.

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

• 3+ years of relevant IT administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of server administration and networking technologies.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Analytical problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative.
• A Diploma or Certificate in Information Technology (or related field).
• Experience with security tasks, including patch execution and system updates.
