Your days will include:

  • Providing general administrative support, including filing, document management, and supply ordering.
  • Coordinating and documenting meetings, publishing minutes, and tracking action items.
  • Assisting with purchase orders, requisitions, and cost tracking for projects.
  • Organizing and archiving documents/drawings for easy accessibility.
  • Supporting finance with cost traceability and fund allocation.
  • Handling special projects and additional administrative tasks as needed.

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A high school diploma.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and MS Office, and ability to adapt to new software.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Experience with archive software is an asset.
  • A strong focus on food safety and workplace safety.
