Your Days Will Include:

• Executing the Plant Preventative Maintenance program using the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
• Coordinating labor, equipment, and materials to support maintenance activities
• Prioritizing and scheduling work orders to align with production needs
• Planning and overseeing large electrical and mechanical shutdown work
• Managing contractor-based repairs within the facility
• Organizing, distributing, and auditing work orders to maximize efficiency
• Collaborating with purchasing to ensure parts availability for maintenance execution

To Succeed, You Must Possess:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Maintenance Planner role
• Knowledge of maintenance practices, procedures, and planning principles
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in CMMS, Excel, and MS Office applications
• Experience in a unionized and food production environment
• Mechanical or Electrical Journeyman certification (an asset)
• Exposure to Lean manufacturing principles
