As a Material Coordinator – Procurement, you will play a key role in ensuring our internal customers have the materials they need while supporting Maintenance and Procurement teams. Your days will include:

• Working PM shift hours (2:00 PM – 11:00 PM) with flexibility to cover other shifts as required
• Receiving deliveries, organizing materials, and scanning items in and out of the store
• Assisting the Procurement team with data entry, reporting, and clerical tasks
• Conducting cycle counts, spot counts, and variance investigations to maintain accurate inventory records
• Advising and following up on special order items with appropriate personnel
• Completion of daily reports and other reports as requested
• Providing excellent customer service while supporting team efficiency

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

• Valid driver’s license
• Grade 12 education or equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; accounting and data entry experience is an asset
• Mechanical aptitude and/or parts store experience is an asset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team
• Ability to perform physical tasks and operate motorized equipment (telehandler, shunt truck, high-rise)
