Your days will include:

• Leading the Clean-Up Department to ensure the facility is sanitized and production-ready.
• Enforcing HACCP, CFIA, and company sanitation standards.
• Managing and supporting the sanitation team, including Lead Hands and volunteers.
• Coordinating with other departments to resolve sanitation-related issues.
• Monitoring and optimizing chemical, water, and supply usage.
• Overseeing sanitation reporting and compliance documentation.
• Collaborating with Ecolab to identify improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
• Promoting a safe, respectful, and efficient work environment.
• Supporting additional sanitation-related initiatives and tasks as assigned.

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in sanitation within food processing.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, CFIA regulations, and SSOPs.
• Proven leadership and communication skills.
• Experience managing sanitation programs and compliance reporting.
• Ability to identify process improvements and drive efficiency.
