Your days will include:

• Maintaining accurate weekly inventory counts for spare parts, production supplies, and packaging material.
• Conducting cycle counts and inventory adjustments.
• Investigating variances while recommending and implementing corrective actions.
• Reviewing and posting receiving.
• Reporting weekly and monthly counts and variances.
• Working closely with the HyLife maintenance department on inventory issues.
• Assisting with the Work Boot program, daily reports, and receiving/customer service
• Other duties as assigned

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

• College diploma or degree in Business Administration (an asset) and/or 3+ years of experience in Procurement.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills; experience with WMS systems and Great Plains is desirable.
• Previous experience performing inventory counts.
• Ability to reconcile stock counts and report data.
• Ability to identify and resolve issues to ensure optimal and effective distribution processes.
