Your days will include:

  • Maintaining accurate inventory counts for Spare parts, production supplies and packaging material on a weekly basis.
  • Conducting cycle counts and inventory adjustments.
  • Investigating variances while recommending and implementing corrective actions.
  • Reviewing and post receiving’s.
  • Reporting weekly and monthly count and variances.
  • Working closely with the Hylife maintenance department on inventory issues
  • Assisting with the Work boot program.
  • Completing daily reports and other tasks, such as assisting the MCs with receiving’s/customer service.
  • Respecting company procedures and Standard Operating Procedures.

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • College diploma or degree in Business Administration (an asset) and/or 3+ years of experience in Procurement.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, and experience with WMS Systems, Great Plains is desirable.
  • Previous experience performing inventory counts.
  • Ability to reconcile stock counts and report data.
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues to ensure optimal effective distribution processes.
