Your days will include:

• Managing the weekly label printing process
• Verifying shipping documentation for freezer transfers, chilled loads, and fresh loads
• Reviewing export load photos for compliance
• Verifying HACCP Documentations
• Supporting the Shipping team through filing, scanning, printing forms, ordering supplies, and transporting documents
• Monitoring departmental email inboxes and relaying information to Shipping leaders
• Maintaining employee timekeeping in WFM, supporting payroll coordination, and updating training logs
• Communicating with other departments to resolve documentation or shipment-related issues
• Managing calendars, priorities, and scheduling with minimal supervision

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

• Grade 12 education
• 1–2 years of experience in an administrative role
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Intermediate Excel skills and solid computer literacy
• High attention to detail, proactive mindset, and strong follow-through
• Strong communication and customer service skills
