Your days will include:

• Supporting daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and food safety compliance
• Conducting pre-operational checks, HACCP audits, and completing required documentation
• Monitoring production lines and assisting operators with troubleshooting and process control
• Supporting training, onboarding, coaching, and maintaining skills matrix updates
• Tracking productivity metrics, monitoring order accuracy (PvA), and identifying improvements
• Coordinating with HR on employee management and attendance programs
• Maintaining a safe workplace by overseeing housekeeping, safety checks, and PPE/tool accountability
• Performing other duties as assigned

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience considered an asset
• Working knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills
• Organizational and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and production systems
• Commitment to workplace safety, quality, and continuous improvement
