Your days will include:

• Managing daily export operations and coordinating international pork shipments
• Ensuring compliance with CFIA regulations and importing country requirements
• Coordinating inspections, certification, and communication with CFIA officials
• Reviewing and maintaining accurate export documentation, traceability, and records
• Partnering with Food Safety, Regulatory Affairs, and Logistics to execute compliant shipments on schedule
• Monitoring regulatory changes and implementing required updates
• Investigating export non-conformances and supporting compliance audits
• Maintaining export procedures and continuous improvement initiatives
• Performing other related duties as assigned

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

• Experience in export operations or regulatory compliance within food or meat manufacturing
•  Knowledge of CFIA requirements, HACCP, and regulatory audit processes
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-compliance environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and documentation systems
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required
• Grade 12 minimum; post-secondary in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
