Your days will include:
• Planning, implementation, maintenance, and support of HyLife’s data warehouse and reporting tools
• Alignment of data services with current and future business requirements
• Mentoring and development of IS data analysts
• Planning and delivery of new IS datasets, dashboards, reports, etc.
• Understand HyLife’s integrated business to help drive business insights and support line of business asks
• Gather and document business requirements for data-related projects
• Ensure that data sources are protected from operational impact and security risks
• Train and support HyLife’s analysts to leverage IS data platform
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
• Post-Secondary Education in Computer Science, or related 7+ years in a data or report-centric technical role
• Extensive experience building, curating and supporting data reporting sources and tools
• Understanding of database models with the ability to connect, query, and extract data for reporting or troubleshooting purposes
• Knowledge of SQL, pivot tables, statistics, data warehouse design, ETL
• Report writing skills including charts, graphs, dashboards, etc.
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to lead data design workshops with technical and business leaders
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
