Your days will include:

• Creating and managing the frozen production schedule
• Ensuring schedules are diligently maintained for maximum accuracy
• Advising on production, equipment, and hog capacity constraints, as well as proposing solutions
• Proficiency in understanding and resolving production issues
• Ensuring the timely fulfillment of contracts
• Providing analysis of overruns and shortages in products
• Contributing to the development and upkeep of forecasting tools
• Executing planning duties as needed to cover holidays
• Actively participating in team projects by offering insights and assistance

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

• A diploma in Business Administration, with a Supply Chain Management diploma considered a valuable asset
• Strong organizational skills
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Effective written and verbal communication skills to interact across all organizational levels, including the executive team
• A strong dedication to customer service
