Your days will include:
• Performing general office duties, including filing, printing forms, scanning documents, and ordering supplies as needed.
• Conducting paper verification tasks to ensure accurate documentation.
• Visiting various production floors to perform swabbing activities and microbiological plate readings.
• Archiving documents and maintaining organized records.
• Providing administrative support to the Quality Assurance Team, including data entry, sample preparation, and calibrating measuring tools.

To succeed in this role, you must possess:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively within a team environment.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and experience with database entry and management.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
