Your days will include:

  • Designing and delivering training programs.
  • Creating and adapting training materials to meet company and regulatory standards.
  • Identifying training needs and collaborating with departments to address them.
  • Facilitating leadership and production focused training
  • Evaluating training effectiveness through feedback and data analysis.
  • Maintaining training records for compliance.
  • Traveling to various production sites to deliver on-site training and support production teams.

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Expertise in creating and delivering training programs with a strong ability to engage participants.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and environments, including plant production areas.
  • 5+ years of experience in training, facilitation, or a similar role.
  • Comfortable working in manufacturing and barn environments.
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in Adult Learning, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Advanced skills in presentation building. Proficiency in VISME and other design tools is an asset.
