Your days will include:

• Coordinating training schedules and communicating with trainers, trainees, and stakeholders.
• Organizing venues, materials, and equipment for training events, including HyLife U courses.
• Tracking attendance, collecting feedback, and evaluating training sessions.
• Managing training cost reports and coordinating external course requests.
• Assisting with the implementation of the Performance Management process and HRIS.
• Drafting and distributing communications for training programs in collaboration with Marketing.
• Supporting employee engagement initiatives and development strategies.

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

• High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education in HR or business is preferred).
• 2-3 years of experience in training coordination or administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (experience with VISME is an asset).
• Strong communication skills to liaise with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changes.
• Flexibility to work in varied environments, including plant production areas.
