Your days will include:
- Coordinating training schedules and communicating with trainers, trainees, and stakeholders.
- Organizing venues, materials, and equipment for training events, including HyLife U courses.
- Tracking attendance, collecting feedback, and evaluating training sessions.
- Managing training cost reports and coordinating external course requests.
- Assisting with the implementation of the Performance Management process and HRIS.
- Drafting and distributing communications for training programs in collaboration with Marketing.
- Supporting employee engagement initiatives and development strategies.
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education in HR or business is preferred).
- 2-3 years of experience in training coordination or administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (experience with VISME is an asset).
- Strong communication skills to liaise with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changes.
- Flexibility to work in varied environments, including plant production areas.
